We are looking for an experienced Sales Strategy & Operations Lead to help build the frameworks, insights, and processes that enable our commercial team to better target clients, improve execution, and drive payment volume growth. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, revenue operations, and payment business operations, with a strong focus on client segmentation, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate may come from sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or a sales background with strong strategic and analytical capabilities. You should be someone who can translate client data, market insight, and business needs into practical tools and recommendations that help the sales team work smarter and more effectively.
What you will do
- Build and optimize sales strategy and operating frameworks from 0 to 1.
- Develop client segmentation models to help the team prioritize the right accounts and opportunities.
- Turn customer, pipeline, and performance data into actionable insights that support revenue growth.
- Manage pipeline visibility, opportunity assessment, and client quality evaluation.
- Create playbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and tools that improve commercial execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, BI, Marketing, Channels, and Operations to align strategy and delivery.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and conversion quality.
- Support initiatives that strengthen client experience, transaction growth, and commercial scalability.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or sales strategy.
- Strong experience in client segmentation, account prioritization, or pipeline management.
- Proven ability to build frameworks, workflows, or processes from scratch.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical business recommendations.
- Experience working with BI tools, dashboards, or CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in payments businesses is necessary.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
Preferred background
- Experience supporting payment products, merchant solutions, transaction businesses, or digital asset platforms.
- Exposure to sales planning, revenue operations, or commercial strategy in scaled organizations.
- Experience building internal frameworks that help sales teams target clients more effectively and operate more efficiently.
