Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the company's operational and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Operational Support:

  • Assist in coordinating daily business operations and workflow processes.
  • Support the team in maintaining organized operational records and documentation.
  • Help ensure smooth coordination between departments and business functions.

2. Administrative Coordination:

  • Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support appointment coordination and internal communications.

3. Customer Support & Coordination:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-up communications professionally.
  • Support customer onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and operational records.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Assist in identifying workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support data tracking and preparation of operational performance reports.
  • Participate in process documentation and improvement initiatives.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations and management team on ongoing projects.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and operational planning activities.
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
