Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support commercial operations within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. This role focuses heavily on marketing coordination, data management, digital transformation initiatives, and administrative support. The position is mainly desk-based and involves liaising with marketing, finance, logistics, IT teams, and sales companies across APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
Commercial & Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with product marketing teams (Malaysia, Vietnam, APAC) on Model Master and Margin/Commission Registration updates.
- Maintain and update commercial data (Model Master) in ERP/SAP and internal systems.
- Support PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) planning activities, including data entry, checking accuracy, and preparing reports.
Digital Transformation & System Support:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PSI tools, dashboards, and digital transformation (DX) projects.
- Work closely with IT teams to improve data management, dashboards, and process digitization.
- Assist in moving manual processes (Excel) into digital platforms and dashboards.
Business Planning & Data Analytics:
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PSI tools, dashboards, and digital transformation (DX) projects.

- Assist in moving manual processes (Excel) into digital platforms and dashboards.
Warehouse & Logistics Coordination (Light):
- Act as a contact point for central warehouse operations regarding order management.
- Communicate with marketing teams on stock availability and relay instructions to logistics.
- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth commercial and order processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail comfortable working with data.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in digital transformation, system improvement, and business process workflows.
- Proficient in Excel (basic to intermediate is enough)
Budget: Up to $3.5K depending on work exp
- Open to fresh grads
