We are looking for a driven and hands-on Business & Operations Executive to support the growth and development of our services. This role plays a key part in building a strong operational foundation while driving business expansion within a healthcare/wellness setting.

Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the initial phase
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery and patient experience across the programme
- Prepare regular updates and reports on programme progress and key milestones to management
Business Development & Growth
- Support the development of referral pathways, partnerships and initiatives to drive patient volume
- Collaborate with internal teams on outreach, campaigns and growth initiatives
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve programme positioning within the market
Projects & Expansion
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects across the organisation
- Grow into a wider Business Development role, supporting expansion plans
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, leasing, real estate, or expansion roles (healthcare/retail preferred)
- Experience in site sourcing, lease negotiation, or clinic setup is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong project management abilities
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
