Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business & Operations Executive / Analyst to support strategic initiatives, project execution, and operational improvements across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks, learning independently, and driving projects to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals, prepare high-level management presentations, assist in coordinating project activities, and ensure the timely execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business and operational projects.
- Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure ontime completion.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
- Work with clinical, operations, and corporate teams to drive alignment and resolve implementation challenges.
2. Strategic Presentation & Communication
- Develop polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks for senior management reviews, project updates, and strategic discussions.
- Synthesise key insights from discussions, documentation, and research into clear and compelling narratives.
- Present findings and project status updates when required.
3. Operational Support
- Assist in reviewing operational workflows and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
- Support transformation or improvement initiatives by gathering relevant inputs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring consistent communication.
- Contribute to planning cycles such as workplan development, annual reviews, and performance monitoring.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Support in building strong working relationships across operational, clinical, and administrative teams.
- Assist in the coordination between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing customised communication and updates decks for the stakeholders at various levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital operations, corporate planning, or project management.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Experience supporting project management, operations, or transformation work in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, workflows, or healthcare regulations is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn, improve, and take initiative independently.
