Business Operations Analyst

About the role:

We are seeking a driven and highly dependable Business Operations Analyst to provide comprehensive operational, financial, and administrative support to a regional platform of senior stakeholders based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Operations (based in Singapore) and play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, timeliness, and accurate consolidation in the reporting of various platform P&Ls, in addition to supporting the regional team on their day-to-day administrative needs.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Implement organizational policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other central departments, particularly finance
• Analyse data and prepare reports and presentations to support sales and performance
• Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and other operational standards
• Facilitate the use of tech and electronic tools to enhance accuracy and productivity

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Capability in managing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Willing to take on new roles and responsibilities to support a growing business.
• Strong command of Excel and other tools necessary for carrying out the work.
