Job Description

Job Summary

Manage business operations with a focus on kitchen and dining areas to ensure excellent service and safety. Oversee inventory control, stock purchasing, and enforce management regulations while working flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen and dining area operations to deliver high-quality service and ensure safety for all staff and customers
  • Implement and enforce management regulations to maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely purchasing of stocks to support uninterrupted business functions
  • Adapt to shifting work schedules from 7:30am to 11pm, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands
  • Perform overtime work as required to support business continuity
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment through friendly and hardworking conduct

  • Ability to work effectively in a non-air-conditioned environment
