Business & Operation Manager (Cleaning Services)

This is a core role for our start-up cleaning service company. You will start full-cycle sales & business development to acquire new clients and close deals at the early stage. Once projects are confirmed, you will take charge of the full on-site operation, service quality control, manpower arrangement and daily account management, growing together with the company from sales kick-off to stable project delivery.

Responsibilities

Early stage: Develop new corporate clients (office, factory, commercial & residential cleaning), conduct cold outreach, client pitching, proposal & quotation, negotiate and sign contracts to expand company business.

Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, follow up demands, handle enquiries and feedback to boost cooperation & renewal rate.

After project confirmation: Take over overall on-site operation management, arrange manpower & scheduling, supervise daily cleaning service standard.

Manage cleaning materials, control operation cost, ensure neat site performance and stable service delivery.

Follow WSH, NEA and local regulatory compliance for all cleaning projects, keep proper records & reports.

Grow with the start-up team, optimize sales & operation workflow as the company scales up.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in Singapore cleaning service / facility management industry with sales & client development background is highly preferred.

Willing to join a start-up team, proactive, able to start from zero on business sourcing.

Can switch from frontline sales to back-end project operation independently after deals closed.

Fluent in English & Chinese for client communication and basic paperwork.

Target-driven, hands-on, able to handle multi-task and grow with the company long-term.

Salary

Basic salary (depending on working experience)+ attractive sales commission (uncapped).
