Business Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Operation Executive to support the company's operational efficiency and business growth in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, outlet operations, and assisting in business expansion initiatives within Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Logistics Operations

. Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, and stock distribution.

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to outlets.

. Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.

. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and operational standards.

2. Outlet Operations

. Overseeing daily operations of F&B outlets to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency.

. Coordinate with Team Leader & outlet's staff to maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies.

. Assist in monitoring sales performance, stock usage, and operational needs.

. Ensure outlets receive adequate supply and operational support.

3. Business Expansion

. Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for business expansion in Singapore.

. Support market research, location scouting, and operational setup for new outlets.

. Coordinate with internal departments during new outlet opening preparations.

. Assist management in planning and executing expansion strategies.

4. Operational Coordination

. Act as a liaison between warehouse, logistics, suppliers, and outlet teams.

. Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

. Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity (experience in food/frozen products preferred)
- Able to work in multi-temperature environment
- 2 years contract
- class 3 licence is a must

Work environment
- Multiple location
- 6 days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)
- Able to work in different shift ( day or night shift)
