Job Description:
- In charge of supporting the team through accurate business reporting, data governance, and cross‑functional project execution.
- Responsible for regular operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system
- In charge of providing insightful analysis to management that supports decision‑making, sales support operations, and ROAIC improvement.
- In charge of preparing, analysing, and presenting monthly/ weekly operational reports.
- Responsible in ensuring proper, accurate, and timely data update in the ERP system
- In charge of identifying data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
- Present reports, analysis, and insights to management during face‑to‑face meetings
- Establish and maintain a data management framework which consist of Data ownership and accountability, standard definitions and reporting logic as well as regular data validation and controls
- Lead multiple cross‑functional programs and projects across departments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Project planning and coordination, providing regular progress tracking
- Structured project update reporting to project sponsors and management
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in business operation in engineering industry
- Experience in ERP
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
