Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions, and assisting Doctor's needs.
Work with the respective managers/heads in the Business Units to ensure smooth daily operations on the ground.
Liaise and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders while executing these roles.
Assist the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
A good degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration or other Healthcare-related discipline.
Minimum 2 years in Operations / Administration. Relevant experience in the healthcare sector or allied health clinic will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills and experience in working with or managing teams.
Tasks and details-oriented and able to multi-task, with time management skills being essential.
Basic understanding of P&L concepts and financial statements preferred.
Preference for a candidate who is driven, adaptable, and has a growth mindset
