Job Description

  • Develop and carry out business plans and sales strategies to meet sales and profit goals.

  • Build and grow strong relationships with developers, consultants, and partners to expand the customer base and secure long-term business.

  • Identify and develop new potential developer and consultant contacts.

  • Lead sales negotiations and manage customer accounts, credit terms, and debt collection.

  • Work closely with Product Specialists to support product specifications.

  • Provide quick, accurate responses and technical support to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Gather and analyze project, competitor, and market information to guide strategic decisions.

  • Track monthly sales pipeline and performance, and update management regularly.

  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing programs to strengthen brand performance.

  • Coach, mentor, and train staff to improve sales productivity across the team.

  • Promote a service-focused culture to enhance the company's market reputation.
  • Overseas Travelling Required.
  • Any Other tasks As assigned.
