Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to support sales and business development activities. The role involves engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting company solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and carry out sales activities including preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and continuously explore areas for improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Support both short-term and long-term sales initiatives and projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O-Level / N-Level or above.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply (no prior experience required).
- Confident, self-motivated, and performance-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking SME owners.
