Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Business Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall business operations and enhance sales performance of the Singapore office.
- Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses.
- Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvement actions.
- Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
- Ensure effective coordination among team members for seamless operations.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives aimed at improving profitability.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and relevant policies.
- Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong background in sales and business management.
- Experience in the generic drug business is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
