You will develop new accounts and grow and manage existing accounts
You will be responsible for the delivery and execution of various projects/engagements taken up by Optimum and ensure customer satisfaction, thereby building credibility and gaining valuable organizational insight
You will engage with customers and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into large and profitable engagements
You will be selling IT solutions and services to the customers including managed capacity projects as well as T&M based solutions
You will be part of a rapidly expanding team and will be encouraged to think outside the box to enable sustainable growth of your accounts

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business/Technology
At least 3-5 years of experience in abusiness development and account management role within the IT Consulting and Recruitment space
Knowledge on the technology landscape in Singapore and other APAC countries
Strong experience working with Government clients (preferred)
Experience in a recruitment/staffing industry in the sales and account management function
Proven ability to develop and nurture new accounts
Experience in front line client relationship management
Excellent communication skills
Inherent ability to provide solid customer service
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
