Achieve Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager with proven experience in Singapore PR/immigration advisory and HNW client acquisition to lead and grow a revenue-generating team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership and immigration strategy advisory, supporting high-net-worth clients (primarily from China) in Singapore PR applications, relocation structuring, and corporate establishment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a sales and advisory team focused on Singapore PR, relocation, and corporate setup services
- Drive end-to-end revenue generation from HNW clients, primarily China entrepreneurs and investors
- Personally oversee and guide complex client cases involving: Singapore PR application strategy and submission coordination, Relocation planning and settlement structuring and Company incorporation and cross-border setup advisory
- Manage full client lifecycle from acquisition to conversion and successful onboarding
- Work closely with legal, tax, and corporate secretarial partners to ensure compliant structuring
- Build and optimize conversion pipelines from China-facing lead channels
- Ensure team delivers accurate, compliant, and high-quality immigration advisory outcomes
- Achieve defined sales targets and team revenue KPIs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Direct experience with Singapore PR applications or immigration case advisory is mandatory
- Proven track record leading a sales or client advisory team
- Strong understanding of Singapore ICA processes and immigration pathways
- Experience serving China HNW individuals or entrepreneurs
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value advisory or relocation deals
