*Exclusive mandate* Seeking for a seasoned Business Manager (Director / SVP), with sound experience across hedge fund, prime brokerage business, liaising with Front Office.
Responsible for managing all counterparty relationships, and identifying, driving and implementing initiatives to support the firm's business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implementing the firm's business initiatives, and providing front office business support.
- Handling Front Office requirements and queries, including new Portfolio Manager onboardings, bridge between Front Office and infrastructure departments.
- Handling internal infrastructure stakeholders (across Ops, Legal & Compliance, Finance, etc.) queries.
- Handling counterparty relationships, including onboardings/KYC. Working closely with them to identify business opportunities and solutions to day-to-day issues/new requirements.
- Generating and reporting data to Front Office and Management.
- Keeping abreast of market and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities for/impact to the firm.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of experience in investment banking/capital markets and/or funds industry, with a good understanding of different financial products/asset classes.
- Effective project management and organization skills, meticulous and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to adapt to fast changing priorities/assignments.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, and an analytical mind-set.
- Capable of building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge in Excel Macro, PowerBI, Power-Automate and Business Objects Reporting Tools is desirable.
