We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Business Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Management in Singapore. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role based in Singapore, supporting the firms growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement strategic business initiatives across the firm.
- Act as the liaison between Front Office and Corporate Function teams (Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, etc.).
- Support Portfolio Manager onboarding and manage day-to-day FO requirements.
- Monitor market and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business.
What Were Looking For:
- 810+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or the investment management industry.
- Broad understanding of financial products and asset classes.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Confident working independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proven problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholder groups.
