Business Manager

Role Overview:

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and expanding key business operations, developing partnerships, optimizing performance, and ensuring profitability. You will work closely with Business Director to align the company's goals with market opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and support innovation in our ITAD services.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and revenue

. Lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and compliance

. Identify and develop new B2B opportunities, partnerships, and channels

. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning

. Improve processes for asset recovery, remarketing, logistics, and reporting

. Ensure compliance with data security and environmental regulations

. Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

Requirements:

. Master's degree in Business Management or related field (MBA preferred)

. Proven experience (8+ years) in business management, ideally within the ITAD, IT services, or electronics recycling industry

. Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, data destruction and environmental compliance standards

. Experience with R2, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance

. Track record of driving business growth and improving operational performance

. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
