Manage customers accounts, including but not limiting to renewal of sales, coordination on sales requirements and deliverables, obtaining feedback and generating new value propositions for customers, collection of payments, etc.
Achieve new advertising (print and digital) and event sales, and/or sponsorships from new clients
Plan and execute sales and sponsorships to achieve set targets
Requirements
Recognised diploma or degree in Business or related fields with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Fresh graduates with outstanding qualification may apply but will be assigned a junior role upon acceptance
Independent, mature and high self-driven
Strong sales orientation with an excellent poacher mentality
Strong communication abilities, preferably bilingual in English and Chinese
Proactive team player
Strong negotiation skills
Able to develop strong proposals with a win-win mentality for customers and Company
Able to work well under stress, tight timeline and challenging targets
Able to adapt to working with different cultures and work well in a matrix structure environment
Interest in diving or a diver would be an advantage
