Key Responsibilities
- Perform name screening to identify clients with adverse news or potential compliance concerns.
- Source and review relevant documentation, news articles, and online information to validate client declarations.
- Evaluate customer accounts and transactions to detect potential risks and escalate findings as needed.
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the compliance team's operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Business Admin or related discipline.
- With 2 + years experience in compliance, risk management, or business support within the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and corroborate information from multiple sources.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance tools or screening systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
