Drive growth initiatives for Monee's credit business in Thailand, supporting business expansion and product optimization.
Analyze customer, business, and market data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen product positioning and business performance.
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Partnerships teams to execute business initiatives.
Monitor key metrics, investigate performance gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business management, finance, engineering or in a related field. Some relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing, FinTech, Product Management, Banking would be strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in growth, digital products, marketing, analytics, or financial services is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is an advantage.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
