Role Overview

Vertical Institute is seeking a Business & Leadership Trainer to deliver programmes that develop leadership capabilities and workplace effectiveness.

Courses may include:

• Effective People and Relationship Management

• Effective Team Management

• Managing Conflict in the Workplace

• Agile

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions focused on leadership and workplace management

• Facilitate discussions, role-playing, and case studies

• Guide learners through practical leadership frameworks and strategies

• Support learners in applying concepts to real workplace scenarios

Requirements

• ACTA / ACLP certification

• 8+ years of professional experience in leadership, management, or organisational development

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills

• Experience coaching or mentoring professionals preferred
