Business Lead (FinTech / Software)

We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered, mission-driven Technology platform serving the Muslim community worldwide. Its flagship mobile product supports millions of users in their daily spiritual routines by providing accurate prayer times, Qibla direction, access to the Holy Quran, and other essential Islamic tools seamlessly and reliably. For over 15 years, they have been a trusted companion for the global Muslim community.

Due to expansion of new business line in FinTech, Wealth Products, Funding, and Charity, they are looking for an innovative Business Lead to drive this new portfolio.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will lead the development and execution of a new business segment, driving the launch and growth of company's expansion into FinTech, funding, wealth products, and charitable giving solutions. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, building and managing key partnerships, and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery across product, compliance, marketing, and operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, optimise processes, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine offerings, enhance user experience, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 5 10 years of Commercial, Business Operations, P&L Management, and/or Program Management experience, ideally within a dynamic start-up environment. Having experience in FinTech, Payments, E-Commerce, or B2C Tech Solutions will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should have a good understanding of the global Muslim audience and be comfortable navigating cultural nuances and user needs of the targeted community.
