We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business IT Applications Specialist to support and maintain our operations systems across the company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for system health, ensuring that our ERP, e-commerce, and logistics platforms function smoothly. You will focus on the day-to-day execution of system updates, data integrity, and technical troubleshooting to support our global brands.

Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Support

• Maintain operational systems (ERP - NetSuite/CIN7, Shopify, etc.) to ensure they remain secure and functional.
• Act as the first line of support for internal users experiencing system-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve data sync failures, API errors, and broken workflows between platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring data errors and document fixes.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks on websites, including testing order placement and payment processing.

Product Setup & Master Data Execution

• Accurately create and update product information (SKUs, images, pricing) across CIN7, Shopify, and 3PL portals.
• Own the maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure SKU standardization across all global systems.
• Audit master data for products, customers, and vendors to ensure 100% accuracy.

Project Support & Testing

• Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specs for system configuration.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new feature releases or upgrades.
• Configure basic ERP workflows, user roles, and permissions as directed.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the Operations, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure system setups meet their daily needs.
• Identify and suggest simple process improvements to increase data accuracy or save time.

Role Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 24 years of hands-on experience in ERP system support or e-commerce operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or CIN7 preferred) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and master data management.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
