Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and operational teams to support digital initiatives and improve business processes.
- Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Analyze operational costs and trends, provide insights, and support regional performance reviews.
- Drive adoption of new digital tools and identify opportunities to streamline manual workflows.
- Develop BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in container shipping, maritime, or logistics.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills in a global business environment.
- Familiarity with Python, Google Apps Script, or automation tools is an advantage.
