Business Intelligence Manager [CCP for ICT Professionals (Data and AI)]
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven
Business Intelligence Manager
to lead the development of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for transforming complex business data into meaningful insights through dashboards, analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities to provide visibility into business performance metrics such as sales pipeline, campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and operational KPIs.
- Utilize pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data modeling techniques to extract and consolidate data from various sources (e.g., ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, CRM exports).
- Develop interactive visualizations using features such as slicers, conditional formatting, charts, and form controls to enable real-time filtering and scenario analysis for stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks through Excel Macros or VBA scripting, where applicable, to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Implement data validation rules and error-checking mechanisms to ensure reporting accuracy and data quality across all dashboards.
- Build forecasting models, trend analyses, and performance tracking tools that support decision-making at management level.
- Integrate Excel dashboards with cloud-based tools (e.g., shared drives, OneDrive, Google Sheets) for real-time collaboration and access by cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other data manipulation tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
Soft Skills:
