Market Research & Business Analytics
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis, market intelligence, and customer surveys
- Analyze sprint velocity, team performance, and business metrics
- Create automated dashboards and executive reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop forecasting models, KPI tracking, and data-driven insights
- Generate actionable market insights and feature impact measurements
- Design and maintain business intelligence reporting systems
Stakeholder Management & Communications
- Facilitate communication between product management and technical teams
- Manage external client communications and Jira service ticket follow-ups
- Coordinate sprint planning sessions and cross-functional meetings
- Create comprehensive project status reports for senior management
- Develop standardized communication templates and presentation materials
- Maintain project documentation and stakeholder requirement gathering
Scrum & Process Coordination
- Support sprint ceremonies with data insights and stakeholder priorities
- Facilitate sprint retrospectives and collect team feedback
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and alignment on deliverables
- Monitor and report on sprint success metrics and communication effectiveness
- Support change management and process improvement initiatives
