Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, performance tuning, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in BI migration projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Build and optimize data models using Star Schema principles.
• Develop complex DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS).
• Optimize report performance using DirectQuery and Import mode best practices.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and support UAT activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
