About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Sales and Supply Chain operations across the APAC region. This role is responsible for delivering meaningful business insights through reporting, analytics and pricing analysis while supporting continuous improvement through AI and automation initiatives.
Working closely with regional stakeholders, you will transform business data into actionable insights that support commercial performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse sales, pricing and supply chain performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Monitor business KPIs and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and continuously improve reporting processes across regional markets.
Pricing Analytics
- Support pricing analysis by evaluating business performance and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Analyse product and sales performance to provide recommendations that support commercial objectives.
AI & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and business processes through AI and automation.
- Apply Generative AI tools to improve productivity, reporting and business analysis.
- Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with regional teams across APAC to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate and meaningful business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL is required.
- Knowledge of VBA and Microsoft Access will be advantageous.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders in a regional environment.
