  • Analyse large and complex data sets and provide business insights for the sales teams
  • Design and develop reports as well as performance measurement dashboards, leveraging cloud-based tools and Salesforce CRM
  • Work cross functionally with sales and product teams to deep dive on core business issues using quantitative data to drive business KPIs
  • Provide analytical support on issues impacting business and operations performance depending on business needs and stakeholder requirements


  • Degree level holder with at least 3 years of experience in a data/business analyst or strategy and planning role
  • Possess business analysis techniques and any experience in forecasting techniques or modelling would be a plus
  • Able to clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders and management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce would be great
  • You have a thing for data & analytics, always thinking on what data is needed, how to structure it, and how to derive insights from it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and able to drive projects independently
