Morgan McKinley is hiring for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a 5-month contract (highly renewable or convertible to perm!) basis.This role blends operational analytics, Power Platform development, data modeling, and security-aware solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across data center operations.
- Develop compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that support decision-making and business reviews.
- Standardize KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting frameworks across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Vendor Management to align insights with business priorities.
- Design, build, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Develop end-to-end workflows, business logic, approvals, and automation using multi-step flows.
- Create intuitive applications that digitize manual processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Build Dataverse schemas, relationships, validation rules, business rules, and manage solution layers and environments.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with data center and critical infrastructure background.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power FX, and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and RLS/OLS.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse schemas, relationships, APIs, and solution management, with experience in integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell or Graph API, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security frameworks and compliance best practices.
