As an
Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the Industry 4.0 revolution. You will design and implement end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions, specifically focusing on AI-driven predictions for die matching, speed, and product reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal groups (Assembly, Test, Product, Quality) to revolutionize manufacturing performance through AI and machine learning.
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, and Architects) to take innovative ideas from initial concept to full-scale production.
- Act as the subject matter expert on data ecosystem. You will identify data gaps, translate project needs into technical requirements, and guide Data Engineers on necessary infrastructure.
- Build compelling business cases and ROI validations to prioritize projects that offer the highest impact on manufacturing efficiency.
- Serve as a bridge between end-users and technical teams, providing expert guidance on system capabilities and process optimization.
Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- A proven track record of managing technical or cross-functional teams and delivering tangible results.
- A genuine drive for AI and the future of Smart Manufacturing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A growth-oriented, analytical thinker who is focused on continuous improvement and results.
- Prior knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing and/or Data Science is a plus, though not strictly required.
