Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Incorporation Specialist role based in Singapore. The specialist will guide individuals and businesses through end-to-end company formation processes across. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments with clients, preparing and reviewing incorporation documents, coordinating with legal, tax, and government stakeholders, and tracking applications to completion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating clients on status and regulatory changes, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve workflows and client experience. The specialist will contribute to building best practices and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality onboarding and incorporation journey for Multipolitan's global clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, compare jurisdiction options, and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Business Planning and Business acumen to advise on suitable structures, operational setup, and growth considerations.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to explain complex processes, draft documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Service orientation to deliver responsive, empathetic, and solutions-focused support throughout the incorporation journey.
• Experience with company formation, corporate services, compliance, or immigration/mobility services is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with international business regulations, tax residency concepts, and cross-border operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
