WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

To support Freight Implementation team

• Setup of Standard Operating Procedure / Work Instruction.
• Conversion of the SOP from old to new format

To support Freight Implementation team

• Monitoring specific client's data quality
• Support to arrange meetings/meeting minutes
• Support to monitor monthly project tracker/status for team's implementation plan
• Tasks Management and coordination skill 2. Basic
• Project management skill
• Understanding of managing different stakeholders across different departments.
• To capture actionable tasks after meetings to facilitate projects Learning of basic project documentation and reporting.
• Learning of specific client's requirement, the importance of data quality monitoring, key metrics, challenges, and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable data

To support CBS (Customer Business Solution)

• Conversion of the TMS SOP Microsoft WORD
• Skill Learning of specific client's requirement and key metrics, related to data quality,
• Initiate projects using innovative ideas to kick off projects to reduce and track down time
• To be able to support Automation team in terms of identifying spare parts for alternative replacement to reduce cost and lead time

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Skill Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Learn creation of SOP/WI, business scope, process of Export and Import of shipments.
• Microsoft Excel and basic Analytical skill
• 6 months credit bearing internship
• Location 101 Alps Ave (Pick up transport - AMK/Yishun/Admiralty/Tampines/Pasir Ris/Sengkang)
