Job Description
Leading a few sales teams to achieve Commercial Banking department's target funding requirement and revenues and to maximize the returns by obtaining the lowest possible funding cost / deposit. Expand transactional services and depository product range to increase market share and revenues streams.
Summary
- Achieve department's funding requirement and revenues
- Achieve team performance for CASA Deposits & small business loans
- Lead & coach team members in growing the SME, NPO and other non-consumer segment
- Handle marketing, relationship management and business development among the existing client base including defending and deepening the relationships as well as cross selling
- Ensure bank's compliance on both internal and external policies and regulation relating to depository products so as to avoid reputation and financial risk
Key Tasks
- Planning and strategizing for CASA team to achieve growth in CASA deposits & revenue
- Planning and strategizing for Dep't & all 7 branches to achieve growth in deposits & revenue
- Lead & coach CASA team members as well as provide support and assistance to Dep & 7 branches on any training needs and compliance matters relating to deposits and account opening.
- Develop and launch new products & services to increase new client base for Deposit and expand revenue streams for the department
- Increase product range to enhance the Bank's share of wallet according to market demands, competition and the changing SME and financial landscape
- Devising and implementing marketing and promotional strategies for dept. and branches to solicit for deposit and fee income
- Develop internal and external incentives scheme and tie-up scheme to achieve deposit & revenue growth
- Client servicing and enhancing existing account opening process and other operational requirement to ensure excellent customer experience
- To represent BBK in committee or focus group relating to deposits
- To lead and champion all compliance matters relating to deposit
