This opening is a 6-month attachment programme for Mid-Career Individuals. The role reports directly to the Director and works closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and administrative staff. The Business Growth Manager will support the organisation's growth by driving business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives, while gaining exposure to operational strategy and project execution within a fast-paced F&B environment.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including corporate clients, partnerships, and collaborations
2. Supporting sales efforts through outreach, pitching, and client relationship management
3. Assisting in the planning and execution of growth initiatives such as pop-ups, partnerships, and new service offerings
4. Coordinating and managing projects across teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives
5. Supporting marketing efforts including client engagement campaigns and brand-building activities
6. Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategy
7. Providing input on operational processes and identifying areas for improvement
8. Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline, partnerships, and key performance metrics
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Develop practical skills in business development, sales strategy, and partnership management
2. Gain experience in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives within an SME environment
3. Build stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external partners
