Business Director – Human + AI Workforce Solutions

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are transforming from a traditional workforce solutions provider into a Human + AI Digital Workforce company, helping enterprises leverage both human talent and AI-powered digital workers to improve productivity, efficiency, and business outcomes.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Director to lead business growth across our existing HR solutions business while helping drive our go-to-market strategy for AI-powered workforce solutions.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who enjoys building new business, leading teams, managing strategic accounts, and driving innovation.

You will be responsible for growing existing revenue streams while helping clients adopt the next generation of workforce solutions, including AI Agents, Digital Workers, Workforce Automation, and AI Transformation services.

You will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and strategic partners to shape Elabram's future growth across Asia.

Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth across staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and workforce solutions.
  • Responsible for meeting the revenue and P&L KPI, and sales team achievements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise clients across Telecom, Technology, Manufacturing, Shared Services, and other growth sectors.
  • Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex solution sales and enterprise negotiations.

AI Workforce & Digital Transformation GTM

  • Support the launch and commercialization of Elabram's AI Digital Workforce Solutions.
  • Work with consulting and product teams to identify client use cases for AI Agents and workforce automation.
  • Develop partnerships with technology vendors, AI platforms, and ecosystem partners.
  • Position Elabram as a trusted advisor for workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to solution design, proposals, and business cases for AI transformation projects.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales and business development teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor performance, pipeline, forecasting, and business metrics.
  • Support talent development and succession planning.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop annual business plans and growth strategies.
  • Analyze market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on expansion initiatives.

What We're Looking For: Required

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or commercial leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
