Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established and growing F&B group to appoint a senior leader to drive the next phase of its expansion. This is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of business performance, overseeing multiple restaurant brands and leading a sizeable team across operations, finance, HR, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall business strategy and execution across multiple brands and markets
- Drive sustainable growth through new store expansion, franchising, and market entry initiatives
- Oversee full P&L management, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across all outlets
- Elevate brand standards, ensuring consistency in customer experience, food quality, and service delivery
- Strengthen operational frameworks, including SOPs, performance metrics, and audit processes
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team, fostering accountability and a strong performance culture
- Partner with key stakeholders including shareholders, landlords, and franchise partners to support business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within F&B, hospitality, or multi-unit retail environments
- Proven track record managing multi-brand / multi-outlet operations at scale
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience
- Experience in franchising and/or regional expansion will be highly advantageous
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior stakeholders and drive organisational growth
