Job Description

  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnerships
  • Evaluate business opportunities and assess risks
  • Develop strategies to enter new markets
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, company posters, and business pitches
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Maintain regular communication with key accounts
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies
  • Create business development plans aligned with company goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships if possible
  • Negotiate collaboration agreements
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
  • Align internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline value
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads and customer data
  • Post company events, posters, on our website / LinkedIn / Facebook, etc
  • Learn and understand technical knowledge from the project department
