Job Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the FM sector (commercial, industrial, healthcare, government).
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive bids and conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in IFM, facilities, or service contract management with proven track record in tendering and client management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills with sound knowledge of FM services.
- Proficiency in CRM/proposal management tools Facilities Management Certification (CMF) is an advantage.
