Job Description of this role

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Professional to join our fast- paced International team. The candidate shall be responsible but not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our partners/ brokers in the region.
  • Working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers.
  • Assist with marketing and organizing company events.
  • Handling day-to-day operations as well as providing team support as needed.
  • Assisting brokers with their appointments with potential buyers in the office.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Sourcing new opportunities, identify and establish new business partnerships.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Commonly in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or Related field)
  • Good understanding of the real estate markets in London.
  • Past people management experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Business development experience, preferably in Real Estate sector.
  • Ability to build a rapport with senior managers / directors as well as partners from all levels.
  • Ability to adapt approach for maximum conversion.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Passionate about real estate, highly-motivated and adaptable.
  • Strong work ethics and a great team player.
  • Willing to work on weekends for supporting exhibitions.

Selected candidate shall be offered the role of either Business Development Executive (BDE) or Business Development Manager (BDM) based on assessment and panel evaluation.
