We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to grow our presence across medical clinics and healthcare professionals.
This role focuses on field sales execution, relationship management, and revenue growth within the healthcare and supplements sector.
This role is similar to a hunter-farmer hybrid.
You open doors, then grow accounts.
Plan and execute sales activities across medical clinics and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell health supplements to targeted healthcare accounts.
Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.
Sales experience in healthcare, medical clinics, or related industries.
Familiarity with health supplements or wellness products.
Experience covering healthcare professionals.
Strong drive for sales achievement and performance-based outcomes.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication and negotiation skills.

Prior experience selling supplements or nutraceutical products.
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4,500 (depending on experience)
Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
Transport Allowance: Provided
Working Hours: Flexible
