About the job

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, driven and creative individual who welcomes the challenges ofacquiringand developing new businesses through sales efforts and wants to improve patient care. You will build key customer relationships,identifybusiness opportunities, and close business deals whilemaintainingan extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sellArticares range of medical device products to healthcare professionals (Physiotherapists, OccupationalTherapists, Rehab Physicians, etc.),demonstratingthe benefits of the productsofferings.
  • Identifyand target potential customers within assigned territories or segments (e.g., hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers).
  • Drive the B2B sales process including generating the lead, product demonstration, negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software and manage sales pipeline efficiently with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish, develop, andmaintainpositive business and customer relationships.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Showcaseand promote our innovative technology at conferences, trade fairs, and events.
  • Supporting the development of marketing and clinical material for the customers.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development andstay updatedwith the latest developments in the field.
  • Provide post-salesbasicservice support to customers, ensuring clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and business development experience with medical devices, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Motivated, out-of-the-box thinking
  • High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally

Good to have: Candidates with occupational therapy, physiotherapy & rehabilitation technology experience will beadvantageousand will be considered even without prior sales experience.
