Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Development Specialist to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Commercial Analysis
- Develop financial models, business cases, and commercial evaluations for partnerships, new programmes, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
- Provide commercial recommendations and support pricing and partnership structuring decisions.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Support the development of new university partnerships, regional opportunities, and business growth initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, partner briefs, and management papers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive partnership projects and follow-up actions.
Contract & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate university and commercial agreements, working closely with Legal and internal teams.
- Review contracts from a commercial and operational perspective, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation, contract records, and version control.
Strategic Planning & Project Coordination
- Support strategic projects through research, operating model development, and implementation planning.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decision points.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify partnership and growth opportunities.
- Analyse business performance, partnership portfolios, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Relevant experience in business planning, commercial analysis, business development, financial modelling,
