Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Business Development Senior Sales Senior Executive, based in Singapore. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, driving delegate sales for key events, maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves researching market trends, preparing sales materials, and coordinating client communication efficiently while offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Sales experience, negotiation skills, and a goal-driven mindset to meet and exceed targets.
  • Market research and analytical skills to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for tracking and optimizing sales activities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with both onsite and remote collaboration.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in event sales or the biopharma sector is a plus.
