Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is responsible for driving new revenue growth across corporate and private client channels, while leveraging RIEDEL's brand experience through tasting-led sales conversion. This is a commercially driven, front-facing role with clear accountability to deliver new business and build a structured pipeline aligned to the annual revenue plan.
. Develop and grow corporate, banking, luxury and high-net-worth client portfolios
. Build strong relationships with clubs, institutions and catering partners
. Drive tasting-led sales conversion into structured pipeline and revenue
. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across new channels
. Manage bespoke customisation projects (gifting, partnerships, activations)
. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting and compliance
