Job Summary
We seek a driven Business Development Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities to target new business development
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate and qualify leads
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth
- Conduct client meetings to present products and services and perform needs analysis for tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through client interactions
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving sales goals
- Good command of English to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
