Job Description

Job Summary

We seek a driven Business Development Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities to target new business development
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate and qualify leads
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth
  • Conduct client meetings to present products and services and perform needs analysis for tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through client interactions
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving sales goals
  • Good command of English to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
