Your Role:
As a BD or Senior BD Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by creating and executing strategic sales plans. Your expertise in building strong client relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals will be essential to our success.
- Key Responsibilities:Expand the client base and connection through research, networking, and cold/ warm calling
- Understand and translate business & functional requirements into solution proposals
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their technology needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions
- Prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to customers
- Stay updated on new technologies, drive innovation, and think outside the box
- Provide daily operation supports to Sales team including preparing and following up on quotations, invoices and other related task
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven business development experience within Singapore's construction industry, with a deep understanding of its key players and operational needs.
- Demonstrable track record of selling technology systems into construction projects, such as Smart Site Safety Systems (4S), DWSS, EDMS, IoT platforms, or related hardware and software.
- An established network and successful history of engaging with Singapore government departments, statutory bodies, and major construction contractors.
- Deep familiarity with the tendering, sourcing, and procurement processes specific to the Singapore construction sector.
