The Revenue Marketing Solutions (External Traffic) role sits within the Monetisation team at Shopee. As the external traffic Person-in-Charge, you will be responsible for increasing the number of sellers utilising the solution, growing their spend, and ensuring they receive strong returns on their investment. This role requires a willingness to learn the technical aspects of CPAS (Meta Ads) and GAS (Google Ads) to identify the best possible solutions for our sellers.
Job Description:
Strategy and Growth:
- Set growth targets for the programme
- Drive initiatives to encourage sellers to use external traffic tools
- Understand how the existing tools work and propose improvements
Marketing and Operations:
- Handle enquiries from sellers and relationship managers regarding Marketing Solutions products throughout the onboarding, adoption, and optimisation phases
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for external stakeholders, highlighting solution performance and actionable insights
- Collaborate with the team to drive go-to-market activities, including developing marketing materials such as email pitches, articles, and external decks
- Contribute to process optimisation initiatives across internal and cross-functional teams
Data Analysis:
- Design and automate tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking on product offerings and revenue generation strategies
- Clean and analyse data to extract insights for reporting, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
- Contribute to project ideation and execution within the team
- Measure and report on the outcomes of marketing initiatives
- Generate performance reports to support operations and business development teams
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve overall business objectives and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to turn data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is an advantage
